Refund / Returns Policy

WE DON'T DO RETURNS.

Not on the digital shit.
Not on the custom shit.
Not on the physical shit.

All sales are final.

A lot of our physical products are made specifically for you after you order them. We don't keep warehouses full of shit hoping somebody eventually buys it. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or deciding later that maybe you didn't need a shirt that says what it says.

BUT IF WE FUCKED SOMETHING UP...

That's different.

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

We'll review it and, when appropriate, work with our fulfillment partner to replace it or otherwise make it right.

That's not a return because you changed your mind. That's us handling a legitimate problem with your order.

CUSTOM WRITING & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads and completed custom-writing services are also final sale and non-refundable.

If you purchase custom writing and the first version isn't right, don't panic and don't throw your computer across the room.

We'll work on the fucking words.

We'll revise the writing according to the service purchased and help get it where it needs to be.

SIZE MATTERS. READ THE DAMN SIZE CHART.

For apparel, check the product's measurements and size information before ordering.

Ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a return or exchange unless the item you received is different from what you actually ordered.
